This function is applicable also for the integrated tanks -
• Automatic identification of losses of fuel on the volume and weight, a natural and artificial origin with definition of their source – in TLS 450 are available hourly commercial verification of reserves of fuel for the last days, commercial verification for the chosen period and the variation analysis revealing a source of losses -
• Continuous monitoring of leaks – due to dynamic detection of leaks high - precision control of tightness of tanks comes from tanks without the termination of a holiday (sales) of fuel 24 hours a day -
• Safe work when using submersible pumps for supply of fuel in Broadcasting Company – detection of leaks from pressure head fuel - supply lines after each cycle of a holiday of fuel with shutdown of the submersible pump at pressure drop in the highway -
• The increased protection of gas station against environmental risks – a possibility of connection of a large number of various additional sensors of detection of the leaks controlling hit of oil products to the soil from capacities and fuel - supply lines and also to mines of tanks and pallets of Broadcasting Company -
• Convenience and ease in use – the console has the monochrome touch screen with diagonal 7.4 inches (VGA) and simple system of navigation providing accurate data read - out on tanks with one look and easy access to detailed information. Tuning of the level gage is performed in the plug and play mode ("connect and work"). The interface modules of measuring probes and control sensors are unified for easier connection -
• The operational notice on critical situations with fuel and malfunctions of the level gage – system signals about achievement of the preset values of levels of fuel and commercial water in tanks, leaks from tanks and failures in operation of the level gage -
• Local and remote access to information and settings of system – data from the level gage can be transferred in full to a control system, on the personal computer, the built - in optional printer with the increased tape width, and also to territorially remote systems by means of GSM communication via the built - in optional modem. TLS 450 keeps in contact under protocols of TCP/IP that allows to use the level gage as the network device, and on IFSF LON -
• Interactivity for improvement of safety of work of the station – the console has relay inputs and outputs that allows to activate alarm and interlocks and to accept signals of third - party system of the disturbing alarm system -
