Station of environmental monitoring of SEM

Mission:

The station (post) of environmental monitoring of air - SEM (Environmental Monitoring Station – EMS) is the independent block design (block box) intended for monitoring of atmospheric air, air of a working zone and on sanitary protection zone border.

SEM of a basic equipment consists from:

- probootborny system -

- the analytical equipment -

- a meteorological complex -

- devices of collecting, processing and storage of information -

- systems of heating / okhlazhdeniya -

- systems of reserve power supply -

- systems of reception - transmission of data -

- security and fire alarm system (SFAS).

On a way of placement of SEM are divided on stationary and mobile (on the basis of the car, trailers, the marine transport).

The station of environmental monitoring of air can be used as independently, and in a complex (group).

Description of a basic equipment of SEM:

1. The Probootborny system – continuously carries out an intake of test of air and transportation of the analysis of amount of air, necessary for carrying out, in a complex of the analytical equipment. According to ISO 14000 sampling of air is carried out at the height of 1,5 … 3,5m from the Earth's surface.

2. Complex of the analytical equipment (analyzers, chromatographs, dust counters, etc. ). - it is intended for measurement of "gas contamination" of air and the content in the measured air of dust of various structure, volatile organic compounds (VOC). The general structure of a complex (the list of the defined substances) is defined proceeding from TZ and/or data obtained after ecological audit.

3. The meteorological equipment (sensors of speed and the direction of wind, ambient temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure) – takes measurement of parameters of the environment at which there is a selection and the analysis of test of air. According to ISO 14000 sensors of ambient temperature, barometric pressure, relative humidity are installed about the place of selection of test of air and at the same level. Measurement of speed and the direction of wind is carried out at the height about 10 m from the Earth's surface.

4. The device of collecting, processing and storage of information – provides continuous data acquisition from the analytical and meteorological equipment, averaging for the required period, carries out data storage for the subsequent processing or transfer.

5. The system of heating cooling – provides maintenance of temperature, optimum for operation of devices, regardless of season.

6. The system of reserve food – as a rule, consists of the uninterruptible power supply unit and the generator (or a reserve power line). Power of the uninterruptible power supply unit has to be all station sufficient for maintenance in working order during certain time (is defined by the Customer).

7. System of reception - transmission of information – its use is defined proceeding from TZ and/or at the request of the Customer. Provides information transfer with SEM on the central post of monitoring or a dispatching post.

8. The security and fire alarm system – is installed proceeding from TZ and/or desire of the Customer.
