PB-2000 frother (Russia)

Appointment: PB - 2000 frother, productions of JSC Ivkhimprom, is used as a steam generator when receiving foam concretes (foam concrete) of various brands.
Appearance: at + 20 … + 25 degrees uniform transparent liquid from light yellow till brown color.
Physical and chemical properties:

• density at + 20 … + 25 degrees within 1000 - 1200 kg/m3;
• hydrogen indicator (rn) frother within 7,0 - 10,0;
• frequency rate of foam of working solution with a volume fraction of frother of 4% , not less than 7,0;
• stability of foam (C) not less than 360.

Toxicity: frother for PB - 2000 foam concrete low - dangerous substance.
Warranty period of storage: 12 months;
Packing: steel barrels (200 l), car and railway tanks.
Advantages of application: frother for PB - 2000 foam concrete differs considerably in bigger frequency rate and stability of foam and a penomassa with preservation of physicomechanical properties of foam concrete in comparison with frothers now in use.
