The holmium Dornier Medilas H 20 laser makes light with the wavelength of 2,1 microns in the pulse mode. By means of pressing of a key it is possible to change energy of each impulse and frequency. Laser light is transmitted through light guides of 270, 400 and 600 microns in size which can be installed via the working channel of the endoscope of small diameter for treatment of intra kidney damages and damages of a mochetochnik.
Radiation of the holmium laser is strenuously absorbed by water. Thanks to short penetration of the laser deep into on only 100 microns fabric can be removed or be cut off very effectively. The good hemostasis of a thin koagulirovanny layer of fabric of 0,3 - 0,5 mm is reached.
Power is necessary for fragmentation of all types of stones: from 10 to 20 W.
